I helped Bruce with his home show event on Friday night and saturday.For anyone that does not know, Bruce's business is Headwaters Development Consulting. He helps people to make applications if they want to subdivide, rezone or just split a lot off of their property. He discovered that 20 years as an approving officer for municipalities made him uniquely qualifed for the business.
