I discovered the sheep and deer all bedded down in the same area this morning. Not something that you usually see. I shall miss all my quiet neighbors. Still packing like crazy!

Radium Hoodlums

They creep in under cover of darkness

 

They lurk in the trees

 They pretend to be innocent

 

Then they try to steal your broom

 

and defecate in your doorway. They are

BADASS BIGHORNS!!

Radium Hot Springs has a resident number of 150-200 sheep. They are seen through out town, on the highway (unfortunately) and as civic ambassadors near the tourist information building. They have a great sense of entitlement  (meaning they will not easily yield to you or your car), after all they were here before the village. They are lovely and interesting and I consider myself lucky to get to enjoy them.
