Some things are a miss. I really like this t-shirt, but the tight fit is not particularly flattering over my love handles. I think I might try it with a pair of slacks peeking out from a blazer for a fall look. I can't decide whether to shorten the skirt or just release it back into the thrift store. It's nice heavy denim but looks clunky in this photo. Check out other stylist at: http://notdeadyetstyle.blogspot.ca/2013/08/visible-monday-111-colorful-karina-for.html

It's personal for me. My Mother was killed (many years ago) by what was probably a distracted 16 year old driver. I miss her everyday.

So sorry you lost your mother to a distracted driver, how terrible. I am with you 100% on no-texting while driving. Thanks for sharing with Visible Monday, and I do like the skirt @ this length *or* shorter : >
I'm sorry about your mother. It is indeed a very personal reason to campaign about distracted driving, but I wish common sense would also prevail. Why did people ever think it would be okay to use phones while driving?
I think you should keep the skirt as is. It's a nice length and you wear it well, plus it can be worn with so many blouses and t-shirts.
Sorry for your loss. Mothers are the best. I lost mine two years ago and think about her everyday. Wish you the best.
