The King of Rhubarb 16x16 acrylic SOLD
I am still unpacking, cleaning, sorting. This is the longest I have gone without painting in the last nine years. Pretty scary.
Maybe, I should qualify that. This is the longest I have gone without painting creatively. I inherited this very dark dining room with our new abode. I found the darkness depressing.
Two coats of primer, two coats of paint and a new chandelier create a dining room that I don't wince at. I am also considering a blog about my new environment because this village is so different.

Wow - what a lovely and artistic dining room transformation (so no surprise there)! BTW, who's painting is hanging on the wall? I really like it. And if you're counting, I vote YES to a blog about your move/new environment! :-)
Thanks for the compliment but especially the support about the new blog. Now if I can just find a moment...
The painting of the Lemon Tree is by J. Ripoll. I received it as a Christmas bonus when I worked at a framing company. For more info: http://www.globalgallery.com/knowledgecenter/artist_biography/j.+ripoll
I really like the lighter walls in a home. Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting. I'm visiting back. I love messing around with acrylics but I am no artist! Your cat picture is lovely. Wish I could paint like that. Debbie @ ilovemylemonadelife.com
