High on a Hill stood a lonely goatherd--- and Day 5

Yes, I'm sorry, I have gone off the deep end. That's why it's great to take photos of outfits. What seems like a good idea may just get rocks thrown at you. But check out the sweater!

It's Norwegian. I love the little fasteners.

And For Day 5 (of 30 paintings in 30 days), here is my current offering.

A quick little ballerina oil sketch.

And could you please vote on the little poll in the upper right corner of my blog. Thanks a bunch for dropping by.

Hey Crazy RAven - I love your sweater - and remember them well, never had one, they were expensive, bet they still are! Those little hooks are so special, I bought an acrylic one a few years back that had those fasteners - love it!
Your artwork is so fun! Love this ballerina and the colors and brushwork you used!

Great little Norwegian jacket, CR! And the ballerina sketch is fab. I didn't get to vote in your poll, but I'd love to continue to see a mix of your great art and style. Thanks for sharing it with VisibleMonday!

Those sweaters are really expensive, but so well made. My mother has had one since I can remember, but now I see she's given it to my sister! You're lucky to have one, and I love the colors.

Outstanding, yodel-lay-hee-hoo. Love that jacket!
I think you are a fierce woman with ultra talent so you should do whatever the heck you want to do here. You are the Queen and we obey your posts.
Love your ballet sketch!

Your outfit looks very wintery and Norwegian. Great for a cold winters day.
The ballerina sketch is wonderful. Such movement from such simple lines. The sign of an artist for sure.

LOVE that sweater. I keep meaning to knit a Norwegian-style cardi, and this may be just the push I need. Gorgeous colours, gorgeous you!

One of the best things I've done for myself this year is sub to your blog.
Very high inspiration factor ... both your painting and your styling!
Please continue both, and have a super 2013!

Wonderful sweater! I use to have a green and white one but somewhere along the way I was dumb and got rid of it. Lovely colors too!

Thank you for all your kind comments. I can feel my head swelling.

Actually the scarf was used to cover some seriously scary toque hair after chopping and hauling wood for over an hour and a half.
